Sivan Keren was born in Israel. She began her music studies playing the flute, graduating in 2009. She began her vocal studies in 2012 with Professor Tamar Rachum, and completed her Bachelor and master's degree in Prof. Rachum's class in the Buchman-Mehta School of Music at the Tel Aviv University (2013-2019)

Sivan Keren won the first prize in the Aviv Competitions of America Israel Cultural Foundation in 2018: both main prize and Israeli vocal composition prize. She also won the third prize in Buchman Mehta School on Music vocal competition (2017 and 2018). She won excellence scholarships every year of her studies (2013-2019). She was also a semi-finalist in Riccardo Zandonai Concorso lirico in Italy (2018), and a semi-finalist in Hilde Zadek Voice Competition in Vienna, Austria (2019) and a semi-finalist in Vox Artis competition in Romania (2019), and was selected to participate in Festival der jungen Stimmen with concerts in Sigriswill, Bern, Basel, Zürich and Wiesbaden (2019)
